How can I return ?
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as received, still in its original packaging.
All requests for returns must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receiving the order. The items should be in flawless condition, with all seals intact and packaging accessories unopened and undisturbed.
Upon approval of the return request by FragDeal.com, the client will be responsible for covering the delivery fee along with any price difference (if applicable) for the replacement product to be shipped.
Upon acceptance of your return by Us, we will provide one of the following options within a reasonable timeframe: exchange of merchandise for the returned item, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a refund to the original payment method, issuance of a check, or another suitable resolution as determined in good faith based on the circumstances.
